While I was in one of my classes today, my friend texted me to let me know that Tim Curry had passed away. I am distraught by the news. We had actually been talking about him the night before (August 25), which is kind of crazy to think about. We didn't even know.
I am not the most familiar with many of his roles, but I know him best as S.I.R from the Alien Encounter preshow >>, which was an amazing performance, and quite possibly the highlight of that attraction. His voice was extremely fitting for the evil vibes of the character.
I hope he rests well in the afterlife. He was beloved by so many, and he will be remembered fondly. Rest easy now, Mr. Curry.
