The 2007 video game Portal is a video game I hold very near and dear to my heart. It was one of my favorite games as a kid (more so Portal 2. I blame Wheatley for that), and I still love it a lot as an adult.
One thing I love a lot about the game's soundtrack is how isolating it feels. Songs like Android Hell >> and Self-Esteem Fund >> really give you that feeling that you're alone and going a little crazy. The OST captures that feeling really well.
If you have never played Portal, I highly recommend giving it a try! Not only are they very good puzzle games that have stood the test of time (I'd love to know what sauce Valve put in the Source Engine to make it age so good compared to many 2000s video games), but their aesthetics are amazing too. Give it a try!
